Slides/Video Errata

The following errors on the slides have been fixed in the slides, but not in the video

• SQL Queries (iii), Slide 5 ... had <>= instead of <>
• SQL: Queries (ii): Joins, Slide 13 ... original operational semantics algorithm gave too many result tuples; the new version gives only one joined tuple for each unmatched tuple
• Functional Dependency lecture, cooment around slide 4 ... i stated that a->b c->b could not be converted to ac->b; this seems to be incorrect
